Monday, September 28th - New Project "How do things change?"

Attention!

For Meet 1, you will need your English notebook. We will ask you to find some objects in your house while you are in class, so get ready to move around.

New project! Hello, kids! Today we are starting our new project which is called “ How do things change?”

Did you know that things can have different states depending on what they are made of? 

Let’s look at the following video:

How interesting! So matter, all those particles together, can have 3 states: Liquid, solid or gas. 

Let’s investigate a little bit more…. today you will be scientists! 

Print or copy the following file to keep a record of what you observe. 

You will need an ice cube, a transparent container and to go outside. 

1.- Put the ice cube into the container.

2.- Leave it outside under the sun for a long time. What happened to the ice cube? Did it stay the same? Did it disappear? Did it melt? 

Complete the worksheet in the file attached and bring it to our meet! We will share the experiment conclusions in class.
